Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout towards Mold Town Centre then left onto local road for 0.4 miles, right for 1.1 miles, then left signposted Nercwys onto Ffordd Y Pentre, where Plas Fynnon will be found after 0.5 miles on the left hand side.
