Steven is the Financial Controller at Reades Estate and Letting Agents. He keeps our financial wheels turning, driven by a personal philosophy of continuous improvement - always looking for ways to make our processes smoother, sharper, and more efficient.
When he is not balancing the books, you will likely find him training outdoors. Running has been his go-to passion for years, but more recently, he has stepped up the challenge by diving into triathlons. Whether he is crunching numbers or tackling a swim-bike-run event, Steve brings plenty of focus, energy, and stamina to everything he does.
